本课程主要介绍微纳尺度的流体科学及其应用。主要内容包括基础流体力学、层流、表面张力、微纳尺度标量输运、微纳流体的设计与分析方法、微纳流体的加工技术、典型的微纳流体器件及微纳流体研究展望等。通过课程,使得学生能够掌握尺度减小至微米、纳米尺度时所可能面对的一些物理、化学现象,并利用所出现的尺度效应设计开发相应的器件。 |

This course presents an introduction to the fluidic world at the micro/nano scale. Topics include fundamental fluid mechanics, Stokes flow (very low Re flow), surface tension dominant phenomena, microscale scalar transportation, general design and analysis methods for microfluidics and nanofluidics, microfabrication for micro/nano fluidic devices, typical micro/nano fluidic devices, and prospects of microfluidics and nanofluidics. It provides a basic survey of the important physical and chemical phenomenon with governing scientific principles in the fluid flow at micro and nanoscale relevant to the micro/nano engineering designs. |
