本课程将系统讲授国际海洋法上各项相关规则和制度，“陆与海”的空间秩序观的形成、发展与演变，海洋争端解决方式，以及中国在处理周边海洋事务时所面临的问题和应对之策。在授课过程中重视理论结合实践，将联系时事热点进行理论分析。
本课程会邀请一些国际知名的海洋法专家举办专题讲座，或以模拟法庭的方式来启发学生展开深入思考。 |
| 英文简介 |
The contents of this course are systematically composed of relevant rules and regulations of the international law of the sea, formation and evolution of “land and sea” space order outlook, maritime dispute settlement, and the obstacles China has encountered when dealing with maritime affairs against surrounding states. The key point of the course would be paid to the combination of theory and practice by connecting hot issues with theoretical analysis.
This course will invite some world-renowned experts in this field to hold lectures, or practice moot court in order to inspire students’ deeper thoughts. |

通过授课，使学生系统了解国际海洋法的过去、现状和未来，认识到“陆与海”的空间秩序观所具有的历史意义和现实意义，深入了解中国所面临的周边海洋问题，在加深理论思考的同时，也培养对策研究的能力。
导论（2）国际海洋法的历史（2）陆与海（4）基线（2）内水（2）领海与毗连区（2）国际海峡与群岛水域（2）大陆架（2）专属经济区（2）海域划界（2）岛屿（2）公海与深海底（2）渔业问题（2）海洋环境保护（2）海洋争端解决（2）
以教师讲授为主，辅之以课堂讨论、专题讲座、模拟法庭等教学手段。
期中论文占40%，期末笔试占60%
