| 英文简介 |
This course is compulsory for undergraduates at business school. It is designed to help students understand the functions related to organization and management, like planning, organizing, leadership and control. It aims at helping students deepen understanding, find interests, and improve ability. This course includes 8 lessons and each lesson lasts for two hours. In the first part, the instructor will briefly introduce the theoretical issues involved in organization and management. In the second part, students will discuss the cases related to the course under the guidance of the instructor. Through case studies, students can improve their comprehension of the course and enhance the ability of theory application. |
