“对话全球创新大师”课程主要是由来自不同国家的不同行业领军人物组成的演讲团向学生传播自身的实践经验和尖端知识。本课程旨在通过各国各行业的大师与学生间的近距离互动，邀请中国相关学者与之对话，以讲座的形式，构建一种中西结合、专业与行业结合、传统大学与民间教育资源结合、传授式与浸润式结合的创新型教育模式。
“对话”系列讲座自2011年开办以来受到广大师生的关注和好评。在总结这一年多来的经验基础上进一步调整演讲者所属专业领域及配比，形成了一套既具有高度专业性又具备广阔国际视野的教学知识体系，构建了集大师讲座授课、案例分析、成果展示、北京大学等相关领域专家对话及点评、学生与大师主题互动等多样形式为一体的教学模式。
本学期的讲座课程一共有九节，邀请了十名在行业领域中享誉国际、具备高度创新精神的领军人物来北大进行专业知识的传授和创业历程的回顾，其中包括新媒体先锋、影视艺术大师、动画制作大师、美国工程院院士、日本景观设计大师、营养学专家等。他们是各行业内少数拥有极丰富创新经验，掌握最前沿信息，具最先进技能的特殊人才，他们代表着行业最高水平和发展方向。
在这个课程中，学生们可以充分领略各国各行各业的大师风采拓展国际化视野、积累人生经验，可以了解各个领域的前沿发展动向丰富知识体系、提升学术能力，学习多种创新理念启发多向思考、开阔学术思维。
通过这个课程平台，世界级大师汇聚中国，可以促进国际知识交流、开拓教育传承新模式、加速企业创新发展和经济转型，为中国的教育和产业发展引进大师级智慧资源，提供可持续性和谐发展的综合解决方案。

‘Dialogue with Global Innovation Masters’ course has accumulated leaders from various industries and different countries to spread their own practical experience and advanced knowledge to our students. The goal of this course is to construct an innovative education mode which combines Chinese and Western culture, professional knowledge and industrial practice, conventional education and civil educational resources, Infusion education and heuristic education, by the means of close interaction between masters and students, and in the form of lecture & dialogue.
"Dialogue" lecture series were highly praised by the teachers and students since its initiative in 2011. Drawing lessons from the past, we emphasized the masters’ areas of expertise and their distribution to construct a mode converging master lecturing, students-master interaction, and relevant experts comment.
This semester`s lecture course consists of a total of 9 lessons; the lecturers are well-known and innovative masters, including new media pioneer and master of Art of Film, animation master, the academician of American Academy of Engineering, Master of Japanese architecture and nutritionist master. As a minority of talents with the most advanced skills and deep insights into cutting-edge information from various industries, they will retrospect their entrepreneurship to provide students with their invaluable guidance.
In this course, students can fully appreciate the masters’ elegance from various industries and different countries so as to expand their international perspective and accumulate their life experience. What’s more, students also can learn about cutting-edge developments in various fields so that they can enrich their knowledge system, enhance their academic ability, learn a variety of innovative ideas inspiring multi-thinking and broaden their academic thinking.
Through the platform of this course, the world-class masters gathered into China, which will definitely promote international exchange of knowledge, pioneer a new model of education, and accelerate business innovative development, economic restructuring and the introduction of the wisdom resources to China. Eventually, it will provide a comprehensive solution to sustainably harmonious development of China’s education. |

本课程旨在通过各国各行业的大师与学生间的近距离互动，邀请中国相关学者与之对话，以讲座的形式，构建一种中西结合、专业与行业结合、传统大学与民间教育资源结合、传授式与浸润式结合的创新型教育模式，使得学生们充分领略各国各行各业的大师风采拓展国际化视野、积累人生经验，了解各个领域的前沿发展动向丰富知识体系、提升学术能力，学习多种创新理念启发多向思考、开阔学术思维。
在本课程中除了各行各业的理论及实践知识外也将结合大师经历讲述如何追寻艺术梦想、如何进行团队合作、如何进行学术研究、如何进行创意等等。
一共9次课程，每次课程3个学时，共27个授课学时。每次课程内容如下：
1、决胜未来——提升系统领导力

演讲大师：Prof. Lars Kolind（孔林德）——雅各布??延森工作室董事会主席。在企业管理方面经验丰富，在William Demant Holding A/S担任十年的集团总裁。曾获丹麦B?rsen “年度风云人物” 和?rets ildsj?l “年度杰出企业家”荣誉称号。
2、新媒体时代——重构个体与外部世界的联系
Interstitial Creativity: the technoetic perspective
演讲大师：Prof. Roy Ascott（罗伊阿斯科特）——国际新媒体艺术大师，新媒体艺术的先驱、艺术应用信息通讯技术的领导人物，英国普利茅斯大学全球学院首任主席
3、设计视界——创新教育的过去、现在与未来
Creative education, past, present and future
演讲大师：Prof. Patrick Gottelier&Prof. Jane Gottelier（葛特立&葛丽婧）——国际著名时装设计和性能运动装设计大师，曾与其合伙人葛丽婧联手，设计了针织时装的时尚标签“Artwork” ，得到了国际时尚界的认可。
4、工业设计——破坏性创新与战略价值的探讨

演讲大师：Prof. Mathis Heller（贺迈）——国际汽车及工业设计大师，国际工业设计红点至尊奖获得者
5、创意之声——艺术、技术与创新之路
Art、Technology and Innovation —Making Creative Choices
演讲大师：Prof. Anthony De Ritis（芮笛诗）——美国著名作曲家和音乐技术专家，美国东北大学艺术、媒体与设计学院音乐系教授兼系主任 。为和平而创作的音乐作品《和平的旋律》（Melody for Peace） 被联合国教科文组织挑选
6、老有所依——针对老年人的设计福音

演讲大师：Prof. Ron Nabarro（荣鼐）——国际著名工业设计大师，德国红点奖评审会主席，在高新技术领域设计了600多部作品，获得了包括2009世界技术网络奖（World Technology Network Award 2009）等在内的23项设计大奖

9、首尔宣传馆的“台前幕后”
Story Behind the Seoul Pavilion
演讲大师：Prof. Soon-In Lee（李淳寅）——国际工业设计协会主席。从2004年至今任韩国弘益大学工业艺术研究院室内设计教授。他还是弘益大学国际设计高级研究院教授以及产品设计系负责人，韩国设计与品牌管理学会主席。现担任首尔设计中心主席，2010年负责在韩国首尔举行的世界设计之都活动的系列项目。
种子课题计划：
演讲大师将为学生布置研究课题，由相应的课题小组完成，并在课堂上作报告。课题小组将有机会参观大师工作室，并接受大师后续指导，继续在该课题下进行深入研究。
大师课堂授课：大师将在一定的选题范围内，为同学们授课，并接受同学们的课堂提问。
出勤率：20%；课题报告：75%；课程志愿服务：5%+bonus.
